Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT team in a full-time capacity. This role will support and collaborate with the current IT Administrator to maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of our enterprise IT infrastructure and systems. Responsibilities:
- Support cybersecurity best practices and policies implementation

Required Qualifications

Front Line Leader
Responsibilities:
- Plans and delegates production assignments under the direction of the Department Supervisor.

- Deliver molten aluminum to machines continuously through each shift.
- Tap out metal from holding furnace into a ladle.
- Complete a 6-minute degassing cycle and then dross off excess material after cycle is finished.
- Transport metal to assigned casting machine within a range of 18 to 28 times per shift, getting on and off forklift.
- Pour molten aluminum into the cast machine furnace.
- Move funnel onto elevator of below ground furnaces and in front of above ground furnaces.
- Open cast machine doors after furnace has depressurized and begin to pour metal
- Empty entire ladle into the furnace and close furnace door.
- Confirm with casting operator that pouring is complete and proceed back to tap out next ladle.
- Clean Holding furnaces using steel rakes, scraping and skimming tools to clean dross from aluminum within the furnace.
Environment:
- Tolerate temperature of up to 90 degrees and above during summer months (June-Aug). Also working near extreme heat while cleaning holding furnaces of up to 760c while wearing proper PPE.
- Handle chemicals including cleaning flux, Mg., and Sr.

- Convey customer requirements, requests, and concerns.

- Compile and submit sales quotations for new programs.
- Achieve and maintain optimal levels for work-in-process and finished goods and minimize premium freight costs.

- Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track account progress, and report on performance to management.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring that the terms of service align with client needs and business objectives.
- Investigate and report industry trends that can help:
- Improve understanding and application of the ‘best practices’ with respect to product design and development, manufacturing, sales, and customer service.
- Anticipate and develop plans to meet and exceed customer needs, and enhance the potential for improving the Company’s competitive position, market share, profitability, etc..
- Monitors sales budgets, performance, and cost of sales and compiles information as necessary for periodic reports. Prepares documentation, as required, for both domestic and export sales.

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Relations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting site operations, recruiting new talent, enhancing employee relations. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to maintaining high standards, commitment to policy, knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, recruiting, and understanding the opreation of HRIS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the work of Associate Relations Specialists and supports recruiting, selection, orientation, and training for the hourly workforce.
- Collaborates with department and shift supervisors to ensure effective performance feedback and counseling, and promote continuous performance improvement.
- Maintains a personal presence in manufacturing areas in order to understand manufacturing jobs and potential associate issues, to ensure others’ understanding of policies/procedures, and to support positive associate relations and retention.
- Utilizes associate surveys, personal observations, and actual performance results to assess the effectiveness of orientation and training for new hires and department transfers and collaborates with Associate Relations staff and others to develop and implement improvements.
- Develops excellent skill/knowledge of the HRIS system for recordkeeping, data analysis, and report writing.
- Coordinates with HRIS vendor for system updates, changes, and for training of others.
- Supports safety/environmental programs, wage administration, fringe benefit programs, associate events and activities, and positive community relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Associate Relations.

- Demonstrated skill/knowledge using HRIS systems for recordkeeping, data analysis, report writing, etc. is required
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are also required
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is strongly preferred
