Hourly Positions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, cooling towers and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and systems.
  • Performs regular cleaning, servicing, testing, and preventative maintenance tasks to help ensure that all HVAC equipment and systems function effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensures compliance with laws and regulations governing environmental protection, hazardous waste disposal and the use of chemical substances and materials.  Utilizes specialized equipment in the recovery and recycling of regulated refrigerants.
  • Provides advice and recommendations regarding equipment specifications, capabilities, and costs for decisions related to maintenance, repair, or new purchases.
  • Maintains logs and documentation and compiles reports related to maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.  
  • Audits work performed by outside HVAC services to ensure that specified results are achieved and contract terms are fulfilled.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.  Related vocational training and HVAC license and/or certification are also required.
  • Working knowledge of precision measuring instruments, gauges, test equipment, and reading of blueprints and schematics is required.
  • Working knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, plumbing, carpentry, and personal computer operation is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of 440 or 480 three-phase electrical systems, electronics, programmable logic controllers, robotics, hydraulic/pneumatic equipment and systems, and welding is preferred.
Hourly Positions

Duties:

  • ​​Sets up lathes, machining centers, and robots.  Enters and edits machine programs, and sets up parameters.
  • Performs tool changes as required and verifies all dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments and gauges.
  • Performs regular quality checks, adjustments, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Maintains related documentation and completes S.P.C. charts and check sheets.
  • Operates and maintains coolant and filter systems.

Qualifications:

  • At least six (6) months of related CNC machining experience and working knowledge of Statistical Process Control is required.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, is required.

NEW HIGHER WAGE RATES:

  • Starting wage rates--$20.65/hr --includes $1.00/hr attendance bonus if attendance is "perfect" for one (1) pay period (two weeks)
  • Top wage rates--$24.55/hr --includes $1.00/hr attendance bonus
  • Extra $2.00/hr weekend bonus for Sat./Sun. hours worked--IF attendance bonus is earned for same pay period
Hourly Positions

Set-up and operate a variety of machines and/or monitor processes related to the manufacture of high quality cast aluminum wheels.

NEW HIGHER WAGE RATES:

  • Starting wage rates (varies by position)--$16.65/hr to $20.65/hr --includes $1.00/hr attendance bonus if attendance is "perfect" for one (1) pay period (two weeks)
  • Top wage rates (varies by position)--$20.60/hr to $24.55/hr --includes $1.00/hr attendance bonus
  • Extra $2.00/hr weekend bonus for Sat./Sun. hours worked--IF attendance bonus is earned for same pay period
Hourly Positions

Performs installation, toubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic machinery and equipment.

NEW HIGHER WAGE RATES:

  • Starting wage rate (varies by experience/skill)--$24.25/hr to $32.25/hr --includes $1.00/hr attendance bonus if attendance is "perfect" for one (1) pay period (two weeks)
  • Top wage rate --$33.25/hr --includes $1.00/hr attendance bonus
  • Extra $2.00/hr weekend bonus for Sat./Sun. hours worked--IF attendance bonus is earned for same pay period
Salary Positions

DUTIES:

1) Plans, organizes, and directs the overall maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and facility.
2) Compiles and reviews various reports, logs, charts, corrective action lists, etc. to identify and prioritize maintenance and repair assignments to resolve production equipment issues.
3) Develops standard operating procedures and maintains maintenance records for production equipment, including downtime, repair costs, spare parts, reliability studies, and ‘mean time before failure’ (MTBF) analysis.
4) Prepares budgets for supplies, spare parts, staffing, and contracted services.  Assists in preparation of capital expense budgeting and generates continuous improvement and cost reductions ideas.
5) Communicates with other production departments and shifts to maximize work order completion and machine up-time.  Performs root cause analysis in determining cause of equipment breakdown. 
6) Reviews associate performance and provide appropriate feedback and counseling for continuous improvement.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
1) At least seven (7) years of related maintenance and machine repair experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience--preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment--is required.
2) Experience in development and management of preventative maintenance programs and reliability programs—including tools such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, and thermal imaging analysis.
3) High school diploma or GED is required.  Related bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, is strongly preferred.
4) Proven experience in managing multiple projects, objectives, and deadlines—preferably for preventative maintenance programs.
5) Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.  
6) Working knowledge of 440 or 480 three-phase electrical/electronic systems, electronics/robotics, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment, and systems is required.  Operational knowledge of precision measuring instruments, gauges, test equipment, and blueprint reading is also required.  Operational experience with maintenance work order systems required.
Salary Positions

POSITION SUMMARY:  Coordinates internal and external recruiting activities and orientation and training of new associates.  Administers performance evaluation, compensation, fringe benefits, and associate involvement/recognition programs.  Administers Workers Compensation program.  Communicates regularly with associates from all levels of the organization and supports effective community relations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinates internal and external recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates. 
  • Conducts Company presentations, plant tours, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.  Coordinates with temporary agencies
  • Assists in onboarding, orientation, and training of new full-time and temporary associates.
  • Administers workers compensation program--including support of incident investigation and recordkeeping, preventative and corrective actions for safety improvement, claims management, hearing attendance, etc.
  • Administers performance evaluations, compensation, fringe benefits, and supports associate involvement/recognition programs
  • Communicates regularly with associates from all levels regarding Company policies, procedures, programs, and general associate relations concerns
  • Utilizes HRIS system and other software to monitor human resource metrics and compile various reports
  • Participates in activities and programs that support good public relations and effective working relationships with community organization

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five or more years of human resource generalist experience is required--preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Related Bachelor degree, or equivalent, is strongly preferred
  • Prior computer experience, including HRIS systems is required
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are also required
